Are scentsy warmers worth it?

I'm looking at getting a scentsy warmer but not sure I can justify spending £70 on one plus the wax melts, is it worth it? Would a cheaper warmer with the scentsy wax melts work just as good?

I spent about £70 on a Scentsy warmer as a colleague at work was doing Scentsy and I wanted to support her, but she then gave it up! The warmer looks nice but definitely not worth the money - I have seen as nice warmers in other stores for a quarter of the price. Also, the thing has blown a fuse about 5 times since I bought it!

It's mlm. You'd get a better deal and not be supporting an exploitative business elsewhere.

I love Scentsy, but the prices have rocketed in recent years like everything else and I think £70 is crazy. Could you get one second hand? Scentsy wax doesn't work so well in other warmers, Scentsy melts at a lower temperature.
