Hiya, I don't know if anyone's had experience of this and wanted to pick your brains as the JL customer service were no help at all.
I placed an order for a table in August, it was marked up as a pre-order with a 3 week wait. Ok, not a problem. I had confirmation, receipt etc. It's now listed as out of stock with no known restock date.
Does this mean my order may be cancelled, or is it out of stock after the pre-order? The customer service person said she could see my order but had no information other than what I can see on screen.
I'd just like my table, or a refund. I don't mind waiting, but I'd like to know it's coming and a vague idea of when of that makes sense?
