Anyone purchased from Sklum?

Over the years I've found a few things I considered buying from here but my husband is deeply suspicious of the brand / brand name and has vetoed it.

There aren't any customer reviews on their site which I think would persuade him so would be great to know if anyone has had good or bad experiences.

I'm particularly interested in these modular floor cushion sofas as a chill out sofa for DD's room or occasional guest bed:

I haven't bought anything from them, but that's because when I was looking for light fittings all the reviews online were absolutely terrible. Not one single good one. There were appalling reviews on all aspects - poor quality goods, arriving with bits missing, taking ages to arrive, not arriving at all, non existent customer service. Even if there aren't any on their website, you should be able to find some elsewhere online. I really would avoid this company like the plague.

Thanks for the advice! Had a look and yes there are some shocking reviews. Annoyingly my husband is right again. I recently ordered bedding and towels from Dusk against his wishes which actually have great reviews but both the product and customer service was awful. Another one to avoid!

I ordered dining chairs which took months to arrive but I knew that when ordering. The chairs were cheap but decent quality. I fancied a change so didn't want to spend a lot.

One chair was missing the fixings to attach the legs to the seat. I emailed to ask if they could send the fixings and was told I'd need to return the chair at cost to me and they'd issue a replacement. Ended up using fixings I had from previous chairs.

I don't think I'd spend a lot of money with them or buy anything like a sofa. The chairs didn't have reviews when I ordered.

I’ve bought some garden chairs and matching table from them. It took a long time to arrive but it did say that on the site so no surprise. They are good quality and I have no complaints :)
