Hi Mumsnetters, anyone experiencing a problem with JLP furniture? I have shopped there for years but recently my experience has nose dived. Ordered two armchairs and a settee in September - lots of chasing broken promises, conflicting stories - Covid, problems with suppliers etc eventually delivered yesterday to find the settee marked and chipped and one of the chairs with lots of grubby marks. Have written to the CEO etc. customer services hopeless (if they answer at all) and the director relations team fobbing me off with platitudes. Is this familiar to anyone else or is it just me being unlucky?
