Anyone bought a sofa from snug before?

Snug is a build it yourself sofa in a box. They look quite nice and I'm considering there 3 seater rebel range. They are just as expensive as major sofa stores. Warranty isn't as long though. Wondering if anyone has bought from them and particularly how comfy they are?

Just to add that our grey rebel three-seater sofa is here & all went quite smoothly. The base cushion is very hard but should soften over time. The two of us put it together in about 10 mins.

Only thing to keep in mind is that the boxes are massive and a bit of a pain to get rid of if you don’t have a car. You also need a bit of space to actually build the thing.

It's a no vote from me. Be VERY wary of all the recent posts with gushing reviews about this company. It's almost like all of their employees joined Mumsnet to review sofas Hmm

If you have time, I’d probably advocate ordering a sofa from somewhere else. If, like us, you’re currently sofa-less & in need of a quick solution then we are pleased with how it looks & feels.

I read all these threads & got really worried, so just adding some balance about our experience.
