Any experiences with Loaf sofa company?

Hello, just that really...

I have seen some things I really like, and looked briefly in one of their London showrooms last September, but not objectively to buy at the time.

Loving the look of their styles and fabrics, BUT TrustPilot has a barrage of pretty scathing reviews... although I do appreciate people only tend to review if very good, or very bad, and not a lot in between...

So any experiences? Or alternate recommendations? Thanks!

We have the large Crumpet sofa. It's almost 4 years old now. Very happy with it - super comfy and excellent quality.

I'm also looking at Loaf - its a premium price so was hoping for a premium product and service! I hadn't seen those bad reviews.

We've got one, we had great service and we love it. They were also helpful when I wanted to get extra fabric.

I've got a large Loaf Oscar sofa in dark blue velvet. We've had it for 5 years and love it. No problems.

I have a large Loaf velvet armchair and it's very nice, no issues at all. I also have a Loaf dining table. I really like their products although they're expensive. The whole buying process (online) was easy.

I know it's not the same, but I've just bought a mattress from Loaf. I was a bit nervous having read a few poor reviews, mostly about customer service. In my experience the customer service has been great and the mattress really good quality with a 100 day no question return or exchange. So far so good. I'm looking at their sofas now..

Trade Secret sell a lot of Loaf stock at reduced prices. Always worth a look.

I've bought 2 sofas, arm chair, beds and footstools from loaf. Great customer service, lovely furniture, long lead time. Expensive but value for money.

We have a mattress and bed from loaf that are excellent, and we are waiting for delivery of a sofa from there. Hopefully it will be as good
