We bought a 1920s fixer-upper in a ludicrously expensive part of the country a few years ago. It was the only way we could afford to get a house in such a prime location.
It’s been slow progress but we’re almost ready to start work on replacing the awful, 90s, yellowed melamine kitchen. The trouble is, I don’t know what I like. What’s good in kitchen design? No option for extending unfortunately- we’ve already exhausted all the avenues. So we’re stuck with the galley format. It’s quite wide but the space is a bit meh and uninspiring.
Has anyone seen transformative magic worked on a galley kitchen?
