Is there too much in this cupboard?

I mentioned on a thread recently that I'm amazed how kitchen cupboards stay attached to the wall considering the weight in them. A few other posters replied saying that they've known cupboards fall off the wall. I have been mulling it over and don't know what to do. Swapping them to another cupboard will be upheaval in my kitchen but I may have a ticking time bomb on my hands if I don't.
Is there too much in here? Should I move them or not worry?

we had a new kitchen put in last year and i put our dinner set in the top cupboard but its 12 place denby and very heavy and after a couple of weeks noticed the cupboard doors wernt lining up properly not worried about falling off the wall but it was definitely heading towards bowing so mine has now gone into a base cupboard

I’d never have though of this! I imagine the problem is if it’s not attached to the wall properly, or if the cupboard itself is really flimsy. I keep my 10L bottles of washing liquid, floor soap etc in an overhead cupboard (B&A cheapest), so far no problem. But I live in a v old house with v thick walls....
