Has anyone managed to do online shopping with Ikea over the last few months

Just cheking because whenever (and whatever I try) I always get a message when I try to put something in my basket I get a message to say the item is unavailable for delivery (I have tried loads of difffernt items big and small over the last few months and from different computers but always get the same message). It seems odd because Ikea is now advertising Click and Collect. So I am wondering if I have been banned by Ikea or if others are having the same issue?

My DM tried and they were charging 9.95 for click and collect of some not very large items. It's not very near to us so we left it

I had PAX wardrobes delivered over half term. Ordered the previous Monday (previous to that there were no delivery slots) £40 delivery. I'd been checking for days.

I also had some Komplement bits delivered last week £4 delivery. Ordered on Saturday and arrived on Tuesday

I've only bought a couple of things from IKEA recently so I don't have loads of experience to share, but I had the same thing OP. Not available online and I had to go to the store.

I did two orders in September, was a pain in the arse as you'd add to basket but some things would be missing before check out, not sure why it couldn't say before that. Managed to get what I needed by swapping out some colours on the pax wardrobe shelves which didn't bother me much as internal, but did have to drive there to pick up a couple things, incredibly frustrating given their expensive delivery fees.

It's always the same. Loads of products not available for home delivery

Last time I needed a bedside table it wasn’t much more to buy similar from John Lewis once you’d factored delivery in & the three week wait.

We got lucky just before half term, every item in stock (including white pax frames, lots of komplement accessories, and several Billys!

You just have to keep trying, and have everything ready in your basket to try for delivery slots first thing in the morning.

Yes but only for little items like bedding. Can't get any furniture, tried kallax and pax and childs wardrobe and all out of stock in my area xx

I've tried a few times. Things are either out of stock for home delivery, or required click and collect - but not even to our closest store, to one a couple of hours away.

I've practically refurnished my whole house since February with beds, kallax, various other things ad I've had no problems at all.
I can't go to the store because I have a tiny car and I wouldn't get any furniture in it.
I live in Somerset, don't know if that makes a difference.
