Brand alley ?

Has anyone bought from this company ? Are they any good ? What's the delivery timescale etc ?

I initially thought they were okay until, after waiting several weeks for an item, I emailed to ask when I could expect it and they said it was out of stock, this is despite it still showing as available to buy, and it took weeks to get my cash back.

I think the positive reviews have to be paid reviews tbh. I always believe the 3 star reviews above the 5 star ones.

They've been around years.
I've bought various bits from them. Mainly clothes. Delivery can be slow but otherwise no complaints.

I used to buy from them a lot. Their delivery times were awful and twice they messed up my order and took ages (weeks and weeks) to refund it. In the end I couldn't be bothered and I cancelled my account with them.

I've been ordering from them for years with no problems. It is worth looking at prices elsewhere though before you buy.

I have bought loads from them but I would say avoid large items, as if you decide to return them they charge you a collection fee and it can be a rip off. I recently ordered a garden bench which I thought was cream but turned out to be pale grey (combination of my bad eyesight and a poor photo). When I asked to return it they hit me with a £25 collection charge. I declined, so now I’m stuck with a bench I dislike. I should try and sell it really.

Brand Alley were a bit snotty when I complained about this exorbitant cost, so I’ve gone off them now and will probably delete my account.
