I think it's the norm at the moment. Have a look on facebook, trustpilot etc and you will see they have struggled to meet order demand over lockdown.

I got a reply to apologise for a delay in replying to my query. But they didn't address my query. I replied asking them to answer my question re something I was interested in buying but appears as unavailable on the website.

I'm still waiting for a replySad

I should imagine with all what’s going on they are very busy and have a back log of emails to respond to which could take some time

It is over a month and a half.

Didn't expect such service from Homebase. I had received their response in 2 days and then I didn't find any issue in connecting last year.
