Has anybody bought any furniture from Oak Furniture Land online? Please can you help with a delivery query?

Hi everyone.

Please can somebody can help with my query re Oak Furniture Land.

We bought some furniture from there online, and it is due to be delivered next week.

If we didn't like it in the flesh, can we reject it on delivery? If so, was there a problem with this, or was it taken back ok?

I can’t find our paperwork anywhere.
Any advice appreciated 💐

There should be terms and conditions on their website. Usually found at the bottom of the home page.

Oh I know what you are worried about - there's a weird no returns clause. I was so worried about it that I phoned customer services to clarify. They said that you have to decide almost immediately if you aren't happy so that they can take it back. Fortunately I loved the furniture so the issue didn't arise

Plus, having bought it online, we don’t have any paperwork do we, so why am I looking? 😮 (Slaps forehead). Not. With. It. At. All.

Yes I need to check the T & C online @Mosaic123, maybe I’ll ring them like @Puppyluckypuppy did to hear it myself.

I think I’m having a bit of a wobble.....fingers crossed it’ll all be ok.

Just an update to say that we cancelled the furniture.

No problems cancelling, all straightforward.

We went to see it at the store, and decided it wasn’t for us.

Back to the drawing board.
