Would I be silly to buy a flokati rug with a toddler in the house?

I’ve always loved a flokati rug.

However, I’ve held off as I’ve no idea how you are meant to vacuum them.

Are they just for people who are very clean and don’t have crumbs that get everywhere or is it possible?

They are the work of the devil!! I have one and do love it buts it’s a nightmare to keep clean. My shark struggles with it on carpet setting but I manage (just) at the lowest suction setting. It really needs to be taken outside from time to time and given a good beat to get rid of the it’s the vacuum can’t reach....a tricky job with a 10 x 6ft rug.
