We are about to put the house on the market all the agents have been round have raved about the great location, size, garden etc but in some shape or form suggested a bit of styling wouldn't go amiss

Oh wise mumsnetters can you help? Bedroom is the first room to tackle photo attached budget is minimal but we don't mind spending a little bit on some stuff furnishings or accessories but no idea where to start!
