Help deciding on hallway tiles

Hello. Can anyone give me some advice on these tiles? I really love them, but I'm worried that they're too bold/busy when laid. In the link you can see them laid on their own in a bathroom or with a grey border in a hall. I do particularly like them with the grey border but I don't think we can do that because our hall isn't one straight line. It's more like this image attached.

Kitchen v nearly finished and sides already cluttered Hmm but here’s the floor tiles.
I’m in love with my new kitchen and may never leave it.

I can see their niceness now but I can promise you they are about to go out of fashion relatively soon. If you have an period home, don’t do it. Go for something properly traditional that won’t date. I keep walking into refurbed period houses and they are slick but the style just isn’t right and won’t last (in my opinion).

Good luck deciding! If you love them then why not but if you are on the fence, I would say go traditional.

Wow Ihaventgottimeforthis,
Your kitchen looks great! I'm glad you're so happy with it.
Thanks Hideandgo, I can understand your point but I'm pretty sure I don't care if they go out of fashion soon. I just really like them. I'm hopeless with fashion anyway, so I doubt I'll realise. My hesitation is because I'm a bit scared of such a bold pattern, but when ever I see it laid I think I love it enough to risk that. I'm now just trying to get our cloakroom renovation planned as well so the hall at the same time.

I have them in my bathroom and adore them. We’ve just done our hallway with a Victorian style black and white pattern.

Thanks frustrating we are chuffed to bits especially as we did the decor ourselves Grin
I also am not a follower of ‘house fashion’ so can’t imagine getting tired of it.
To be fair we’re never moving again if I can help it so don’t have to worry about whether other people don’t like it!
