Glitter paint for bathroom - yay or nay?

What's MN opinion?

I would, for an ensuite or a cloakroom. I wouldn't be brave enough to use it in a bigger space but I'd secretly love to. Would definitely make a bit of a statement in a cloakroom though.

It's not something I'd choose but if you like it, go for it. It's your house! I'm a firm believer in using what you love & not worrying about what anyone else thinks of it.

I’m assuming you mean the valspar sachets you add in? If so it will look good. I think glitter paint is a bad description though as it’s far more subtle, more shimmer than sparkle - I’d go for it.

Yes the sachets - i saw it in someone's house and it was just lovely the way it catches the light like you say - looks like it's a 50/50! I think I'll go for it - I'm privately owned and what's the worst that could happen?

Oh do it. (Unless you're planning to sell soon). It'd be my idea of hell, but life's too short to care about other people's opinions on your bathroom decor.

Do it. But max it out and put a disco ball on the ceiling which automatically turns on when you close the door maybe with some Tom Jones on autoplay.

Buy a really large canvas and paint that with glitter paint and put it up in the bathroom.
