Just been reading about poor customer service at House of Fraser. We have just invested a large amount of money on ordering a Parker Knoll Westbury Leather settee and chair. We were quoted 7weeks for delivery. Now I have seen poor reviews for their customer service if anything is wrong. We usually only deal with John Lewis but they didn’t have the range which we wanted. My daughter had her furniture delivered the other week and the delivery men said that House of Fraser were he worst for getting everything ordered correctly. My daughter was just missing armchair protectors but now I am concerned the legs on the Westbury which are put on after delivery might be missing! I sound neurotic but we have spent so much money that this is now bugging me. Ant reassurance out there? Would be grateful.
