White kitchen units and black tiles, but what colour for the walls?

We have quite a new white kitchen and due to issues with the current flooring (new build) we are having them replaced with a light black tiles. The walls are currently the standard magnolia.
I have red kettle and other red bits which I want to keep. It is a very light kitchen and dinning area, so any ideas as to what colour would work best? I was considering a light grey, but concerned it would look too dark?

I'm not sure what light black is, black is black surely,,,?

But if you have white units black floor, red accessories, I'd pick one of those and not introduce a fourth colour,,,if prob go for red or white...

By 'light black' do you mean grey?

I think black and white would look a bit clinical, can you change the colour of one?

Yes I see what you mean about the light black comment! There were various black tiles to choose from but it is definately black.....
