Unusual style of decoration

There are some rather unusual decorative styles in this house.

I'm thinking of the boat in photo 4 and the wallpaper on the stairs.

Oh there's a pool where the garden should be. That should sell the house all on its own 🙄

I like some of it. The boat is quite cool, and although a lot of the upstairs is not my exact taste it all looks done to a high quality and finish. So the house is probably in very good shape underneath it all and well cared for, and none of the more unusual choices would be expensive to change.

I like it, it's quirky. I love the swimming pool too, but I wonder how often it would get used?

That pool virtually takes up the entire garden!

It looks as if they essentially dug up the entire garden to put in a pool? I quite like the boat shelf. The room I find oddest is the living room with the TV -- it looks as if there are two small, rather dated-looking sofas and acres of bare floor between them and the giant TV, or the photo makes it look as if that's the case.

Agree the kitchen looks as if it's wandered in from a different house altogether.

Most of it isn't to my taste, but I like the individuality of it.

I've got a boat bookshelf ;-)

It has a very distinctive, if not totally cohesive, look. It's obviously been well-cared for and I bet a pool party round there would be a riot.
