Different coloured sofas?

I am planning to get 2 new sofas for my lounge, plus a foot stool and possibly a chair. What I dont know is do I need to get the sofas the same colour or would them being different colours work as long as they were the same sofa? Thanks for any advice.

I take it back - I have ordered a sample of the rose gold - suspect it is a bit too pale as my furniture takes a bit of a battering! Thanks though.

I think the purple may get dated quite fast, I'd maybe go for something more timeless.
