It's a keeper then, I trust you. It's from habitat - in the sale too. Cushions are a mix of dunelm, tesco's £5 cheap beige ones, left over material. Thx for the comments re- the house it has been a mix of blood sweat and tears we built it 6 yrs ago and are trying to update/renew bits (before XmasConfused) when the family land. Currently doing sitting room up now

Happily but we'd all need to drink prosecco to Xmas music. Those are my terms take it or leave it!

To echo everyone else who's said it: it looks fab. We're just about to embark on a big kitchen refurb - where are you kitchen units, flooring and pendants over the island from please?

Welll to be honest by the time we did our kitchen the budget was running out. So bases came from
Howdens the fronts are mdf built by the chippy. The door furniture is a little shop in Edinburgh. The pendants try 'lighting majestic - I think, then google for cheap price. The floor is italian marble, honed, from a company based in a garden centre Nr Towester can't remember name- they are grey/beige/ and all sorts of natural. I will be repairing island to match rest of kitchen soon. Hope that helps

Thanks OP, appreciate it. Our budget is rapidly diminishing given the number of other jobs we need to get done.

It's lovely (as is the rest of your house by the looks of things)!
