Stores/Websites to buy good quality cheap room decorations/accessories (8 year old)

DDs room needs an upgrade and we're currently low on funds, every website I look at seems to be selling items for astronomical prices.

We have a budget of £150/200 and we need

-Rug
-Wallpaper
-Desk
-Desk accessories
-Curtains
-Toy Chest

I think ikea is going to be the easiest route.

Is there anything that you can recycle with a coat of paint? Maybe just paint the walls and get new curtains rather than do everything?
