Hello! Do any of you have any bedroom inspiration Pinterest boards you'd like to share? We are buying an early 80's house and need some inspiration to redo the bedroom. It has plain white fitted wardrobes in it, which have four panel bifold doors on, which will be staying. We have a black iron frame bed that we will be moving with us too.
I have an idea in my head, that I would like a wide 6 footish run of drawers built in, going to just above waist height. Imagine it being the size of two and a half or three of these side by side in a run. The top drawer is actually a lid that lifts up and there is a mirror inside, and the space underneath is big enough to store all my make up and has two plug sockets in so I can store my hairdryer and straighteners. Am I l a lunatic thinking of something like this? Has anybody ever seen one of them? Would it cost a fortune to get a carpenter to make something like this (in Greater Manchester)
As for colour schemes, sometimes I think I want calming silvery grey, other times I look at bolder Designer's Guild patterns and think they are look great.
