Would you return four month old sofas if the fabric was bobbling?

We bought two new sofas from next that arrived around four months ago. The fabric on both is bobbling and pilling!

Would it be in order to request a return?

Yes.

Ugh... I'm sure you wish there was an alternative, but if you don't deal with it now, it only gets harder the longer you've had them. I'd return them.

We've got the two check fabrics, we've also got another sofa in the the same range and fabric family which has been fine. I'm really disappointed because the fabric really suits this house,

They will send out a service technician to see it. He will see what the fault is & may be able to remedy.

We've got one coming to ours on Wednesday as it's not even a week old and already is sagging at the back corner of the chaise corner.
