Ikea Maskros light - need new petals, help!

I have this light which has paper petals that look like dandelions, it is absolutely beautiful and we love it.
However, the petals have curled up and are pretty grubby, I've dismantled the fitting as we're doing some building work in there and have 160, dusty, curled up bits of paper.
I could wipe each and try to flatten them in books but was wondering if anyone has managed to get spares?
Ikea are not answering the phone or their live webchat and their email enquiry service is not working so I'm struggling to ask them so I thought I'd ask you instead whether I'm flogging a dead horse!

It's a gorgeous light, but I'm not sure you can get spares.

In the past, I have been sent a number of spare/replacement parts (by phone), and was told that they can send parts that have an individual item number. This has been fantastic, as it is free and has meant that I don't have to replace items as often (eg, one of the screw-thingys broke on the toilet seat, and instead of buying a new seat, they found the code and sent replacements).

I looked at the Maskros instructions online, and unfortunately then petals don't seem to have a code so they probably can't just send them out. However, it can't hurt to ask. Have you tried this number: 02082332300

Unfortunately they don't do them as spares but at least now I know before I embark on cleaning and ironing the ones I have!
