Travelling abroad with a 9 month old!

I am flying to visit my Grandmother with my baby for the first time. We will be staying at my sisters for two nights , then taking an internal hour flight on the third day to stay at my Gran's flat. I will be travelling with my family but husband cannot afford to come. I am worried that she will miss him. I will take a baby sling and bedding from home. I am also worried about the change of routine and her ears on the plane when taking off. Any advice?

can you feed her on the way up and down? (or give her a dummy)

dd travelled with us by plane around 6 months and just slept pretty much the whole time.

We flew from Australia to the Uk when our son was 3 weeks old, direct. It was easy. He slept the whole way in the bassinet. We fed him when we took off and landed and used a dummy too. But like most babies, he just slept. I think the engine noise helped. It was a breeze! No tears, or upsets, nothing. Good luck!
