Meal plans at Disneyland Paris

Firsty apologies to bring up blardy DLP once again.
I am visiting with my DD the week after next and have a few questions about the meal plan deal.
1)If I purchase meal plan plus (the middle one) can I use these vouchers for either lunch or dinner?
2) If I purchase meal plan plus rather than premium and then decide to eat at Cafe Mickey or Auberge de Cendrillon can I use the vouchers and top up to the price of the meal?
3) Is it worth buying the vouchers at all or am I better off just paying as and when for each restaurant when I get there?

Mm thanks magenta. Have tried there actually, but the tickers were getting on my tits, and the people kept talking about where to swap 'pins'(?) and wearing mickey mouse ears. I know I'm going but I do draw the line!
