Playa Blanca,Lanzarote - Kids

Going to Playa Blanca in Oct with three kids,all girls,2,4 and 6. Been going to Lanzarote for 12 years but usually go to Puerto Del Carmen.Fancied a change and had a day out to Playa Blanca when I was in PDC in April so kind of know what to expect.

Was wondering what there is for kids to do? I know the beaches are better than PDC and they have a childrens park,Kikoland.Has anyone used this park? Also do the hotels do entertainment in the early evenings that we could walk into? (we are staying in a private villa)

Thanks (girls love to dress up,play with other children and would love a show/disco providing not too adult/noisy/late.

I've been to PB & it was lovely for kids, very family oriented. No noisy nightlife but quite a few lively'ish pubs. DD was a bit small for kikoland when we went first time but we'll be going this year. Can't remember what was there exactly for tiny children but it looked quite popular with the bigger ones. Probably your 2 eldest.
What complex are you going to? We stayed at Las Brisas last time which is very central & pool area nice with a little aviary, not much in the way of children's ents tho'.
I think a lot of the bigger hotels near the marina area have early discos & stuff. It was our first holiday abroad with child & a bit of a culture shock, our last pre-baby outings were Las Vegas 2 years running, bit different!
The prom & shops area of the village is all pedestrianised so it's very safe. There's some parrots down on the wall at the central Playa Blanca beach whihc DD loved to feed.
