Just wanted to say how fantastic this place is. located in Wooburn/Beaconsfield (exit 8/9 on the M4). I went twice with ds aged 16 months. you get to see and feed a lot of animals and the play areas are really nice (tractors ride etc). a place to see definitely.

I'm pleased to see that Frenchy, I go past the signs on my way to work and I wonder whether to take dd - she is 16months.
I come off the M40 at junction 2

It is great and lots of indoor bits if there are showers. The only time I wouldn't go again is a boiling hot day as the play barns are like ovens and there isn't much shade outside.

Excellent, I think I might take ds there for his 1st birthday next week.

These are not personal recommendations (cos I live in Lancs!) but as well as Odds Farm Park, in that general area are:

Mead Open Farm
Woodside animal farm and leisure park
Thurleigh Farm Centre
Willows Farm Village

and there is Bedford Butterfly Park too.

(I realise these are probably miles and miles from each other but they seem very popular)(I do events listings for Primary Times in Beds and Herts which is how I know of them)
