car seat to France

We're going to the South of France in August. DD will be 13 months old and I will be 34 weeks pregnant . DH is travelling separately by car (will spare you lengthy explanation)and DD and I will be going on Eurostar.

There will be a short car journey at the France end. What do I do about a car seat? I can't see how I'll be able to lug one AND a pram around with me, even if DH does take all of our other luggage by car.

DH taking the car seat in the car wouldn't be a brilliant solution for us because of the timing of our respective journeys and the fact that the car will be full to overflowing.

What do other people do? Is there a credible alternative to DH taking the car seat in our car?

At 13 mouths old can't she still go in her o+ carseat It will co up to 13kg and as long as her head is not over the top of it will be ok. you then may be able to hang the empty carseat on the handle of underneath depending on what prem and 0+ you have. you will then also have somewhere to put dd on the train. Can you book help at both ends on the train. If you were going in a taxi in the uk you would'nt need a carseat not sure if that is the same in france I would'nt travel without a carseat.
