Disney Paris - New York Hotel

Hello all!

Has anyone been to Eurodisney and stayed at the New York Hotel - any good or bad reviews? We are not sure about upgrading to the Empire State Club - any experience of this?

Thinking mid-may, outwith school holidays so shouldn't be too busy. Boys are 3 and 4.5. We'd normally not have done this but they have the new generation characters festival April til November - Toy Story, Cars, Remy etc.

Would be great to hear any experiences, hint or tips re restaurants around the site? Is it worth going premium half board or are the restaurant options with the half board 'plus' enough?

Thanks!

Sorry, haven't got a lot of time to go into detail, but we stayed at the new York hotel and loved it. It is in a really good location, a couple of minutes walk to the Disney village withall the restaurants.. We had a normal room, but it was a lovely room, big, with 2 double beds. We went bed and breakfast - nice big buffet breakfast, but did not eat any meals at the hotel.

Thumbs up from me. Stayed there last year and was worth paying due to proximity of the park. Only did breakfast there too. Restaurants quite pricey iirc. Ate in the park but you have got to book in advance. Steak house was good others less so.

And we did half board plus but ended up having to pay towards meal. Not a huge amount though.
