Ladies I wonder if you can help?

We are going away for a long weekend at beginning of the Summer Hols.
I was thinking of letting our house out to a family for the same period but don't know who to go through (or if you can) also how much to charge..this is important as I feel strongly about the silly money we as a family have to pay to go away somewhere nice.
I am lucky to live somewhere people love to visit and would love to give the opportunity for a family to stay in comfortable accomm BUT not break the bank like centre parcs etc.
Breifly we live in Poole...central to cinemas/shopping/poole quay/cinemas/swimming baths etc.
10 min drive from Sandbanks and lovely places like swanage/bournemouth/new forest on doorstep.
4 bedrooms/playroom/sky/lounge/kitchen diner/family bathroom/downstairs wc and nice back garden.
I would clean through/change beds/empty fridge but it is a lived in but loved family home oh and we have poppy the pussy cat (mum would visit once a day to feed and check everything is ok.
HELP where do I start (if I can) Thanks x

Hi there, we are members of the NCt houseswap circle, costs £29.99 for a year, google it, think its what you are looking for to arrange swaps. We have done a number and love it, DS particularly likes to play with other childrens toys.
