Where can we go on a beach holiday for about £4k?

The last few years we've been camping in the UK for our main holiday and we've decided that we want to go abroad this year. Now we don't know where to start - it's all so expensive! We have three children all primary school age and then there myself and dh.

The dc's have loved holidays we've had in Eurocamp type places in the past, but us boring old adults would prefer not to be in a static caravan. They like being able to make friends, have a playground etc so a villa type holiday wouldn't work for them.

Can anyone help?

Won't do the link for me but google Cap Esterel. Same idea as Eurocamp but with appartments. Loads to do.

We went to croatia a couple of years ago. on that occasion we camped, but there were a lot of all inclusive places with children's clubs. We loved the place and plan to go back.

Cap Esterel is part of the Pierre et Vacances chain

We've stayed at Les Restanques de Ste Tropez which was lovely, and my sister recommends Belle Dune.

Worth paying for the best/largest accommodation you can afford as they do like to squeeze people in. The site facilities were great in my exp. and a lot of sites have kids clubs.

Come to Kenya. I'm sure there are some excellent package deals to Mombasa just now.

here and loads of aprtment places nearby - resorts in Caorle. But Portofelice has the caravans, own camping pitches and their own bunglaows. Fantastic place - can't recommend it enough!
