Conwy, N Wales - what's it like?

Thinking of taking 3 kids under 5 in the summer holidays.

Anyone been??

It is beautiful. Haven't been for years but I thought it was stunning.

Lovely old town, great castle, great views and fab areas nearby to visit.

My best friend lives in Penmaenmawr, sow e visit frequently (OK then, every 6 months or so )

Conwy and the surroundaing area of fab: Bodnant Garden are good, there are hills to climb, beaches to walk on, castles to visit.

There is a good soft play area (carnarfon?? friend dorve us there) in an old church.

Ds also enjoyed the Sea Zoo on Anglesey when he was about 4.
