Hi I may be being really thick but I can't get my head around the sun holidays

  1. can you book online and just put in the code words?

  2. how does it work would it be £9.50 or £15 per head per day?

  3. how long is the longest you can go for?

  4. If you pick Spain as your destination and actually get it do you have to arrange your own flights and transfers?

  5. what are these like obv they are cheap but are they ok for a 1 year old?

  6. how do you pay deposit or full cost and when if you can book online

  7. if I buy the codes from someone on ebay (as I completely forgot to collect the codes again) will this be ok if they just give me the code words or whatever

TIA

Yes, if you have a priority booking code.

Thats for the whole break, but there may well be supplements to add on, like compulsory entertainment charges.

  1. how long is the longest you can go for?

Think its a week.

  1. If you pick Spain as your destination and actually get it do you have to arrange your own flights and transfers?

Yes, they may offer flights, but its always worth checking out prices independently

Depends where you go, but where we've been, they're fine.

  1. how do you pay deposit or full cost and when if you can book online

Think you enter bank/card details, can't remember.

I presume you're buying the priority booking code, as the other codes are freely available on MN. Some MNers give away the priority code too - I did last time as we didn't want it.

That is very interesting re the codes as i want to take advatgae of this offer and I am sat at work with the sun (for hols) and the times (for £5 dinners) on my desk.

So, people just post the codes up do they?

HallelujahHeisBorntoMary · 12/01/2010 16:23

There's a thread somewhere with them on.

GetOrfMoiLand · 12/01/2010 16:28

ooh thanks very much

I am clueless about it all as well. Don't care just fancy a cheapo holiday so am sure will work it all out.

We go every year BUT we always go in October half term and we always upgrade. We go some where different in Britain as i want kids to see England as well as abroad.

When we upgrade we get a really good quality static caravan, clean, power shower, central heating, 3 bedrooms, fully kitted out kitchen and in a good spot so that loud music from club house doesnt disturb kids at night etc.

We love it and it is absolutely brilliant for kids.We go with another family and just eat and go for fab days out basically.

There can be lots of hidden additions to your bill, and upgrading although cheeper than the full price, it can work out quite expensive.

We go in May/June halfterm, to a place in France. We've been upgraded FOC twice now, from a 2 bed basic to a 3 bed midrange static caravan.
