Any advice - girls' weekend with 7mo??

My dear friend is a single mum of a beautiful 7mo daughter. We'd love to arrange a girls' weekend away in Feb / March but are having trouble coming up with places that are a) baby-friendly and b) not too coupley! We'd originally hoped to go skiing, but can't find any operators that do weekend packages AND have good babysitting / creche arrangements. We also considered a spa type place, but can't seem to find one that would welcome her DD. So we're now totally open minded about where we go - UK / Europe, city / countryside etc.

Hope the lovely, wise and wonderful folks of MN can offer some suggestions!! All ideas very, very welcome.

I used this Company a year ago and they were brilliant: babyfriendlyboltholes.co.uk/index.htm

I once arranged a hen weekend where one of the girls had her LO with her (he must have been approx 10 months or so). We went to CenterParcs, and it was a great laugh - lots to do, babysitters and a creche (very good too), nice spa, and not the stress of anyone having to tiptoe round the baby in the evenings

Thanks guys for your brilliant tips! The banyfriendlyboltholes site looks great and I have friends with older kids who've loved CentreParcs but it just never occurrf to me that it could be suitable for a younger one too. Now I have some leads to follow I can look forward to planning a special trip for my special gals. Yay!
