It's okay. I wouldn't plan to make a day of it or travel a long way for it. And I'd want money off vouchers to even consider it.

I haven't been for a while, but would echo what Janeite says. Also, I would go off peak if you can, very first thing if it's a school holiday day, as it gets heaving. If you're expecting Charlie and the Chocolate factory, you'll be disappointed, but kids quite liked it.

I've been a million few times as it's not too far from me. I would recommend, but it does depend on how old your DCs are. I'd say that around 6-10 yrs would be the best ages to understand the displays etc.

Agree with liliputlady don't expect anything magical, but the kids and I enjoy the chocolate you get when going around .

Its OK, the kids liked it more than I did. I thought it was expensive and wouldnt go back. Prefer think tank. much better value

Thanks, that really helps. We only live an hour away and dd and dh are chocoholics so going to go on 27th. Got 20% off voucher too!
