Skiing Advice

Can anyone help me with some advice about taking a 12 month old skiing?
We have been skiing for the last 7 years and usually go on chalet holidays. However we have never done this with a baby (he will be 12 months next Feb). I have been recommended Mark Warner and the childcare looks great - can anyone recommend a chalet company with good childcare. Can anyone recommend a particular Mark Warner chalethotel? Any other tips would be appreciated.

take a nanny or friend with you,its alot cheaper and more reliable. We took a friend who said she would do childminding whilst we skied and she met us each day on the mountain for lunch, with a hot bottle of milk for 5month old. We all took it in turns to cook in the evening and it was really relaxing. Made a few stews and chillies to make life easy...got them simmering away in the morning whilst getting ready to ski. We were out on the mountain at 9 am and back on the last lift. Take a small flask with you for hot water to take up the mountain to make up hot milk....
