Any ideas for cheapish sun hol in Feb? Self catering but pool and facilities for kids

Dh and I would love to get a bit of sun in Feb next year. DS's will be four and two. Needs to be fairly cheap, self catering prefered but would def consider other options as long as the accom was big enough for DH and I not to have to sleep in same room as the boys. Would like to be near a pool and a beach as we'd like to not have to hire a car this time to keep costs down, but would also like to be near stuff for the kids to do. Any ideas would be most appreciated!

If you want somewhere warm you will probably get a really cheap late deal to egypt at that time of year x

I would say it would need to be Egypt, Tunisia or the Canary Islands to get some sun. There doesn't seem to be much in the way of self catering accomodation in Tunisia though.
