Where's nice for cocktails in Edinburgh?

Going to Edinburgh with the girls next weekend. Where can we go (in the centre of town) for some nice swanky cocktails?

We went here le monde for my sister's hen night, it is really nice inside but food is not great. It has 3 different styles of bar on seperate floors and a night club.
