Help! Just flown back overnight from San Francisco with 6 month old and 3 year old. Toddler kept up until 10pm and now out cold. 6 month old slept from 8pm until 11pm and is now WIDE AWAKE!! DH away on business - of course - so am home alone and going bonkers... Calpol? Medised? Have just given some banana mush to create full tummy. Any other tips?

OK thanks OrangeFish. Will set alarm to get us all up in morn! The thought of it hurts my eyes but I am presuming 3 or 4 days will sort it out... DH neatly back on Tuesday. Haahahaa.

I always do that with DS, waking him up at normal hours after longhaul trips. Otherwise the misery extends for days and days. Yes he is cranky (and me too) for a day but the alternative, believe me, is FAR worse
