I think there's jousting this weekend, will have a look.yes
So I guess it will be busy. On the other hand it could be fun.

It's always busy in school holidays.
Great cafe.

I've been there today, it was fab! They had actors dressed up and re-enacting the marriage of Henry to Catherine Parr - my DD of 5 was very excited about seeing all that. I think that's happening every day until the end of September. It was busy but not overly so.

Cafe is good, as deaddei says, quite reasonable prices. The only let down was the difficulty in getting up stairs to look at things with a buggy and no DH to help - people didn't offer to help either so we missed a lot. Go with someone if you have a buggy.

Sadly we didn't make it at all.

Shame.

Hopefully will make it at some stage this year, including a lunch break in the caff!
