Has anyone flown with Cosmos charter airlines?

Hi there,
thinking of flying to Cancun Mexico for December. Our agent says that the only direct flights from London is with Cosmos airlines. We are a bit worried as they are sort of budget airlines. Please, have you got any experience? Talk to me and say they are ok...

Thomas Cook also fly to Cancun on Sundays.
They're charter flights rather than scheduled, but usually on long distance flights the charter flights still come up with seat back entertainement etc.
