Im going to the lakes for the first time in 2 weeks..is there anything/anywhere i must do???

We are staying near lake ennerdale which is quite far west i think but was wondering what there is to do, the best places to eat etc...or any other advice please

That depends a lot on the age of your DC(s) and what sort of physical activities you're all into.

Oops..i was a bit vague

It's just me and dp going, having a childfree weekend!!!
I am in the early stages of pregnancy so don't want anything to heavy, just really nice walks..nice meals out etc...
If there is anything nearby that is a must to see or do??
