Week in Berlin with a 4 mo old baby?

Hi can anyone tell me if changing facilities are easily available? - and what attitudes to breastfeeding are like?

• I heard that their taxis usully have seats for kids that you can just pull out to save taking your own carseat - is that correct?

• We're considering a last adult holiday before hiring something self catering...

oh i love berlin. very hippy and kind generally. iirc the taxis we went in had car seats that were suitable for 9month plus, they sort of flipped down - but not sure about a baby baby. I don't remember any problems about changing, and I'm pretty certain you'd be v unlikely to encounter any arsiness about feeding.
