Weeks hol in Jan/Feb with 2 toddlers, any suggestions appreciated?

I have two under 3 and myself and Husband would like to take a weeks winter hol in Jan or Feb.

Can anyone tell me where they have stayed. Obviously there is only the canary islands, cyprus, greece etc (due to sun).

I have no idea of where to stay. Don't mind if it's SC, AI or HB.

What about here It's actuallu Murcia in Spain. Costa Calida region warm all year round too
