Can anyone suggest nice budget accommodation / flights somewhere hot for a 3 night break ?

My Mum has offered to have all 3 DC's so DH and I can get away for my 40th in July,this is the first time Dh and I will have gone away on our own in years and so we really want a nice break abroad that doesn't cost loads.

We are thinking getting an easjet or ryanair flight somewhere sunny - can anyone help with any reccommendations?

We had a fab weekend in Florence for DH's 40th...but in July it will probably be horrible. Very hot and full of tourists. What about Amalfi coast - think you fly to Naples. Somewhere in Italy would be wonderful. Alternatively Aix en Provence - fly to Marseilles with Ryan Air or Easyjet or BA?
