Buying villa in Orlando

We are very seriously thinking of investing in a villa in Florida quite soon. Does anyone own one? or have any advice to offer on the subject?

Me too MABS. My only thought is that most of the places they're building in Kissimmee are a long way from Disney (35mins in the car). We are definitely not staying in Kissimmee again, spent far too long in traffic jams.

Are you seriously looking Rhiannon? We've actually decided to go for a resale - so we can get it where we want , also cheaper than new.

Yes seriously if I had a spare 100K, got 2 lots of school fees though so it's just a dream. I'd definitely go for a re-sale though and as near to Lake Buena Vista as you can get.

When you get it, I'd be interested in the details if you plan on letting it. We're not going until next Easter, it's our 10th anniversary so we're doing the whole show. Can't wait.
