Transfers from Newark Airport to Manhattan

Hi Everyone can someone please help to get my 18mth DS from Newark Airport to Manhattan we will not be taking our car seat with us. Please help!

NY is the last leg of our journey we will be spending 2 weeks in Florida with a hired car which comes with a car seat for DS and only 2 days in NY
