Driving from Holyhead to Cornwall - where to stop en-route?

Hi all. Just wondering if anyone can give me some advice on where to stop on drive from Holyhead to Cornwall at the end of June? It's a five and a half hour drive, following the ferry journey from Dublin. Our kids are 6 and 4, so I haven't decided if we'll just stop for a couple of hours and then complete the journey in one day or maybe stop somewhere for the night. The route looks like we would be on the M6 for a bit and then on the M5, passing near Tewkesbury and Cheltenham. Any suggestions as to where would be good to stop would be very welcome .

If you wanted to stop for the night, there is a Premier Inn just off j6 of the M5 at Worcester which is next to a Beefeater. If you just wanted to stop for a couple of hours the Worcester Country Park has a cafe and a park, or come off at J7 and go to Pershore. A lovely georgian market town, big park with water play, and loads of nice cafes.

Thank you for such a prompt reply. Stopping at Worcester could be just the thing. A run around and some lunch might carry us on through to Cornwall without wasting a night of our holiday!
